Spring.
It's a new season and I think this year is going to be even better than last year! Rothe Farms has come a long way in the last year. The 2011 growing season was great. We were overwhelmed with the about of produce that we harvested. 2011 gave us incredible amounts of tomatoes and peppers as well as cabbage, greens, onions, squash and cucumbers. The first Rothe Farms salsa and cucumber relish was canned.
And we can't wait to do it all over again.
